A little sweet Sunday cooking with my lovely fiancΓ©, Raspberry Rose Meringue Tart. A gorgeous crispy tart filled with sweet raspberry and rosewater filling and topped with soft meringue, a perfect little indulgence during the Christmas break! I’ve changed it slightly from the original recipe, choosing to make one single tart instead of smaller individual tarts and making my pastry instead of using packaged pastry that the original recipe calls for.
